    Description

    The City and County of Denver (“City”) seeks proposals from qualified vendors of Mobile Payment Provider (“MPP”) systems that allow customers to make payments by mobile phone for all City-operated paid parking spaces. Additionally, the City seeks proposals from qualified vendors of Payment Data Aggregator ("PDA") systems to collect, manage and present the transactional and revenue data from multiple MPP systems. It is City’s intent to award multiple contracts for MPP systems; however, only one (1) utilizing pay-by-text, and one (1) contract for a PDA. Vendors may submit proposals as: A standalone MPP system. Vendors who propose as a standalone MPP system shall be required to integrate with the selected PDA; A standalone PDA. Vendors who propose as a standalone PDA shall be required to integrate with selected MPP systems; Both an MPP system and a PDA.
