    Roberson Museum is soliciting Design–Build proposals from qualified mechanical contractors for the removal of the existing cooling tower and the installation of a new adiabatic fluid cooler system, including all required demolition, disposal, concrete work, mechanical/electrical connections, controls integration, and commissioning. This project will reduce water consumption and enhance the reliability of Roberson Museum’s HVAC systems. It will be integrated into the future water source heat pump system. All proposed equipment must be fully adiabatic and must meet or exceed the performance characteristics of the basis-of-design unit described in Section 3.
