Montebello Vista Park Revitalization Project

This project is located in Suisun City, specifically within the parcel at the northeast corner of Montebello Drive and Capistrano Drive.

The project scope includes the base project and additive bid alternates. The project improvements include, but are not limited to, the following: installation of a City-purchased restroom/concession structure, landscaping/irrigation, sod, concrete walk paths and curbs/gutters, utilities, bleachers, picnic tables, and concrete cornholes, as well as additive alternate bid items.

Background

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM.  Note that this is not a field meeting. Instead, it is a virtual meeting via the Teams platform. Bids received from any bidder who does not attend or remain for the duration of the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.

The overall format of the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be as follows:
