Construction of Force Main Improvements for Montgomery Farms
Project No. 70170-05
Scope of Work of the Contract includes:
Utility Improvements: Installation of approximately 4,900 LF of 10” Force Main including valves, utility crossings, and a bore under TxDOT Road FM 1778.
Earthwork Improvements: Installation of approximately 4,600 SY of flex base access road to a future proposed Lift Station (not proposed in this bid) including culvert installation, approximately 600 CY of excavation, and fence removal and replacement.
The above improvements are a part of the “Plans for the Construction Montgomery Farms Force Main” as prepared by Pape-Dawson.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects. In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous or reject the bid. All bids received after the closing time designated above will be returned unopened.
The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.
