Moses Lake Stormwater Pump Station Project

This project involves the installation of a high-capacity stormwater pump station intended to pump water from Moses Lake into Galveston Bay. Moses Lake and Galveston Bay are separated by a USACE hurricane protection levee that encircles a large majority of the City of Texas City. The proposed pump station would have a total capacity of 136,000 gallons per minute, using four (4) engine-driven stormwater pumps and four (4) diesel engines, four 36-inch discharge pipes, roadway improvements, levee grading and fill improvements, building improvements, and concrete structures.
