The City of Granite City is seeking qualified contractors to provide mowing, trimming, and litter pickup services for groups of nuisance lots located in Granite City IL 62040. Bid Items consist of approximately 20-30 nuisance lots, grouped in geographical areas of the City. Lot sizes are not uniform, please take this into consideration when submitting bids. Most bid items include both vacant lots and lots with structures/homes. Prospective bidders can bid on any or all of the bid items. Area descriptions and maps are provided in Attachment A.
