    The Ocean County Board of Commissioners is requesting qualifications for the services for Multi-Media Advertising Platforms.

    • Qualifications (30 pts)

      Qualifications of the individuals who will perform the tasks and the amounts of their respective participation.

      Vendor must offer high-quality advertising platforms that reach specific audiences who are within the geographic and demographic profile that fulfill Ocean County’s marketing goals.  This request is for the media platforms for ad placement, this is not a request for a Marketing/Advertising Agency’s services; 

      Vendor must have a strategic marketing acumen, creative flexibility and access to the most current technology to achieve highly impactful impressions and to maximize our destination’s visibility and our budget’s ROI; 

      Vendor is required to demonstrate an excellent track-record and proven commitment to tailored advisement and customer service, and full understanding of their client’s needs.  Vendor must have extensive knowledge of the landscape, attractions, character and story of Ocean County;

      Vendors with opportunities for relevant, value-added, multi-media offerings, including blogging, billboards, print, radio, QR Code marketing programs, etc, to enhance the success of the overall campaign, will receive additional consideration.

      Experience in providing the services requested by the County and references related thereto

    • Statement of Ability (20 pts)

      A statement of the proposer’s understanding of the Scope of Work and the ability to perform the tasks in a timely fashion, including staffing and familiarity with the subject matter and the County

    • Location (10 pts)

      Location (distance) of primary office in relation to the County administrative offices

    • Responsiveness (10 pts)

      Thoroughness and completeness of the applicant’s submittal

      Within seven (7) days after receipt of the notification of intent to award the contract or receipt of the contract, whichever is sooner, a Contractor should present one of the following to the County of Ocean:

      (a) An existing federally approved or sanctioned affirmative action program.

      (b) A New Jersey Certificate of Employee Information Report Approval.

      (c) If the Contractor cannot present "a" or "b", the Contractor is required to submit a completed Employee Information Report (Form AA302). This form will be made available to the Contractor by the County of Ocean.
