The City intends to retain qualified contractors and consultants (herein referred to interchangeably as “Consultants” or “Proposers”, as appropriate) to provide the services set forth in Section 2 below for a period of three years with two additional one-year options. Completion of the scope of services may extend beyond the agreement’s three-year term, but no minimum amount of service or compensation will be assured to the retained Consultants. The retained Consultants will be required to abide by all applicable federal, state and local laws and ordinances.
