    Description

    The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District is soliciting written bids from qualified contractors holding a current and valid California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) C-39 Roofing Contractor license to complete up to four complete reroof projects. Contractor shall perform the Project in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, in addition to adhering to all applicable Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH/Cal-OSHA) guidelines. This is a public works project and is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must be registered with the DIR as a Public Works Contractor (PWC) prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. All required contractors’ licenses and Contractor and subcontractor PWC registration statuses shall remain current and valid through the duration of the Project.
