Bidders shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the “Vendor Discussion” tab in Messages on PennBid.Vendors who are awarded contracts are assessed a variable award fee based on the type of contract. Fixed Fee Contracts award fee in 1/3% (.0033) of the initial contract award amount.
