Bidders shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the “Vendor Discussions” tab in Messages on PennBid.All bids shall contain sufficient information on the proposed material to be furnished to permit the Authority to determine whether it meets the specifications.Prices quoted shall be firm for the period of APRIL 1, 2026 THROUH MARCH 31, 2027.Vendors who are awarded contracts are assessed a variable award fee based on the type of contract. Term Contracts award fee is 1/6% of 1% (.00166%) of the initial contract award amount. The award fee shall be no less than $100 and no greater than $5,000.The successful bidder shall provide the Authority with a surety bond, acceptable to the Authority, for the faithful performance of the contract, within ten (10) days after the Authority’s formal notification of contract award.
