Project Description - Saline Municipal Building Roofing Restoration This project involves the installation of AlphaGuard BIO Restoration fluid applied membrane roofing over an existing 17,300 sq. ft. membrane roof at the City of Saline Municipal Building (100 N. Harris St., Saline, MI). The product will be applied in two coats with polyester Permafab MAX reinforcement. As part of roof preparation, the work will involve cutting out and replacing water damaged insulation. Additionally, new roof drains and metal flashing will be required around roof penetrations and the perimeter. The roof system specified is based upon products of Tremco CPG Inc, www.tremcoroofing.com and Tremco Roofing will be serving as the Roofing Advisor.
