At the City's sole discretion, the Contract may also be utilized for the disposal or processing of additional waste streams generated through City operations, accepted at the City's Transfer Station, or managed under existing or future interagency agreements.The selected Firm shall maintain sufficient operational capacity, qualified personnel, regulatory compliance, and administrative support necessary to ensure reliable disposal services throughout the term of the Contract.The Project Requirements contained herein establish the City's minimum performance expectations. Firms are encouraged to propose additional services, technologies, operational improvements, or value-added solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, environmental performance, operational flexibility, or overall value to the City. Any proposed enhancements shall be clearly identified within the proposal.
