    Sealed proposals will be received by the Municipality of Penn Hills through PennBid until 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026, for the following project:PENN HILLS FACILITY AUTOMATION PROJECTThe project is located at the four (4) following sites: Gascola WWTP, Long Road Equalization Facility, Lincoln Road STP and Sandy Creek STP. The project consists of the installation of valve actuators, flow meters, and level transmitters to allow the plant to operate in automatic mode during high flow events. Work also includes actuator and instrumentation installation, conduit and wiring, and power and control panels.All information, full notice to bidders and other documents related to this solicitation are available at no cost on the PennBid site (www.PennBid.net).There will be a Penn Hills Facility Automation Project MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Penn Hills Plum Creek Wastewater Plant, 91 Colorado St., Penn Hills, PA 15147. Contractors who intend to bid the Contract MUST attend the pre-bid meeting to be eligible.No Phone Calls to Penn Hills regarding the Bid Documents. All questions MUST be submitted via PennBid.All proposals must be submitted electronically via PennBid (www.PennBid.net), before 10:30 AM prevailing time on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
