    M/WBE Opportunity: Villager Construction, Inc invites and encourages qualified M/WBE subcontractors, suppliers and trucking companies to provide quotes for the following project for the City of Rochester: Project Number #524180, City Street Improvement Bid Date and Time: March 27, 2026 @ 11:00AM This is a Pre-Qualified Public Works Term Contract (PQBL) for the Department of Environmental Services. The PQBL will be used to procure public works services related to the construction and maintenance of the City’s right-of-way and streetscape infrastructure. Projects and task orders will be issued on an as-needed basis to support the operational needs of the City of Rochester. This contingent contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or dollar amount of work. Nature of assignments include: Asphalt milling and paving Sidewalk construction and rehabilitation Installation of curb ramps and ADA-compliant improvements Construction of speed humps and raised crosswalks Pavement markings Fabrication, installation, and replacement of parking signs Work will be assigned on a project-specific or task-order basis. Projects may vary in size and complexity and may include routine maintenance, emergency repairs, or planned capital improvements. Certain categories of work may be utilized frequently throughout the term of the agreement, while others may be used intermittently or not at all.
