This contingent contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or dollar amount of work. Nature of assignments include: Asphalt milling and paving Sidewalk construction and rehabilitation Installation of curb ramps and ADA-compliant improvements Construction of speed humps and raised crosswalks Pavement markings Fabrication, installation, and replacement of parking signs Work will be assigned on a project-specific or task-order basis. Projects may vary in size and complexity and may include routine maintenance, emergency repairs, or planned capital improvements. Certain categories of work may be utilized frequently throughout the term of the agreement, while others may be used intermittently or not at all.
