Contractors are required to provide proof of registration with NYSDOL as required by Labor Law Section 220-I. Bidders shall comply with CWSRF requirements, including Minority/Women Owned Business Link to all plans, specs, & addenda: Emerald Green WWTP Upgrade Phase 1 Bid Docs Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 6.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) Total MWBE Goals: 20.00%
