Work also includes construction of a new pump station, new UV disinfection building, new aerobic sludge digester, and building. Also including a new WWTP workshop/maintenance building, yard piping, site work, and other related miscellaneous work. AIS (American Iron and Steel) requiring that certain iron and steel products used in the project be produced in the United States. Contractors are required to provide proof of registration with NYSDOL as required by Labor Law Section 220-I.
