(Schultz), bidding as a prime contractor, welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for the following project: Kiamesha Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Project Town of Thompson, Sullivan County, NY NOTE: SCHULTZ IS ACTIVELY SEEKING AND ENCOURAGING CERTIFIED MWBE/SDVOB's TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONS ON THIS PROJECT Summary of Work: Work includes general upgrades to the WWTP, including improvements to the influent channel/flow splitter box, oxidation ditches, tertiary sand filters, sludge holding tank, RAS/WAS pumps, sludge dewatering system and drying beds, an existing pump station, and various existing buildings. Work also includes construction of a new pump station, new UV disinfection building, new aerobic sludge digester, and building. Also including a new WWTP workshop/maintenance building, yard piping, site work, and other related miscellaneous work. AIS (American Iron and Steel) requiring that certain iron and steel products used in the project be produced in the United States. Contractors are required to provide proof of registration with NYSDOL as required by Labor Law Section 220-I.
