    C&S Companies is soliciting subcontractor & vendor participation from all NYS Certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB Firms for the SUNY Upstate Chiller Building Facade and Repairs Project, located in Syracuse, NY. Scope of work is to provide all necessary labor, material and equipment for the replacement of Community Hospital’s existing brick chiller building façade with a new fiber cement panel rainscreen system. Project will also include repair of an existing trench drain that serves the areaway adjacent to the chiller building as well as repair of existing spalling concrete entrance apron to the chiller building.
