The work locations are more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project drawings.The Work will be performed under one Contract as follows:General ConstructionOwner: NESQUEHONING BOROUGH 114 West Catawissa Street Nesquehoning, PA 18240Engineer: ARRO CONSULTING, INC. 1239 Centre Turnpike Orwigsburg, PA 17961 Bids will be received via the PennBid Program until 12:00 P.M., prevailing time, on August 25, 2026. Borough Council will accept bids at their regular meeting at 6:00 P.M., prevailing time, on August 26, 2026, at which time they will award, reject, table, or refer the bids to committee.Bidding Documents and solicitation details are available online, at no cost, at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.A Pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on August 12, 2026, at the office of the Owner. Attendance at the Pre-bid meeting is not required, but it is recommended.Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on August 18, 2026.
