QUESTIONS Vendors shall forward any questions regarding this quotation request to Lionel Gonzalez by email to gonzalezli@kerncounty.com prior to Wednesday, January 14, 2026. --- QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS --- Q: Would the County consider a Crew Cab Chassis rather than an extended cab? A: Crew cab is acceptable as an "or equal" to extended cab only when the vendor's proposed configuration (bed length, payload, and upfit compatibility) accommodates the required Animal Control Cage and all securement requirements. Vendors must state any deviation from these requirements as an exception and must state what that deviation is.
