THE VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO REVIEW AND COMPLY WITH ALL REQUESTS THAT MAYBE REQUIRED IN THIS EVENT. DNR WILL BE THE DETERMINING FACTOR IF VENDOR MEETS SPECIFICATIONS.
