The City of Charleston is seeking an engineering Firm to prepare preliminary designs for the Newmarket Creek Restoration Project located on the eastside of the Charleston peninsula. The Consultant should have the ability to meet Small Business Enterprise (SBE) guidelines established by the City. A voluntary pre-proposal meeting will take place on May 29, 2026 at 1:30 pm. The City will receive statements of qualifications until June 5, 2026 @ 4:00 pm.
