Please call Edward Twigg at 240-522-661 if there are any issues The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS or Department) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform repairs, maintenance, testing, and inspection services of the fire alarm, sprinkler systems and backflow preventers at the North Branch Correctional Institution (NBCI) for a two (2) year duration. This includes the Gatehouse/Support Services Building, HU’s #1,2,3,4, six (6) Generator Bldgs., three (3) Guard Towers, and one (1) Pumping Station located at 14100 McMullen Highway, Cumberland, Maryland 21502, in accordance to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
