BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this project is to evaluate space and program needs, assess existing building conditions, and provide design options for renovations, additions, maintenance space and additional parking. This information will be prioritized by the client agency and inform the scope of work for future design phases. Following the conclusion of the study, the Department may continue directly into the design phase of improvement project(s). The Department may retain the same professional who performed the study. Subsequent improvement project(s) may include Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation requirements & will be established by the Department following the study conclusion. The Professional is encouraged to retain SDB/VBE consultants who can continue into the design phase. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: TBD APPLICATION DUE DATE WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2026, AT 4:30 P.M. The Department of General Services Capital Programs and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. Applicants must agree to meet all SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals.
