Holley & Associates, Inc. to act on their behalf by opening bids. Bids will be considered and contracts awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Borough Council based on the recommendations of the Engineer.Work shall consist of, but not be limited to installing storm sewer inlet tops and boxes and manholes, storm sewer piping, replacing concrete curbing and sidewalks, ADA ramps, and a driveway apron.Copies of the Bidding Documents and Plans are available online at no cost at (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) PennBid Program.A bid bond or certified check made payable to North York Borough in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the sealed bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Each bidder shall be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work.The Borough reserves the right, which is agreed and understood by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids.
