    Use of Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency (CRESA) Master Services Agreement Resulting from RFP #940 – Interactive Call Handling System for Non-Emergency Public Safety CallsComments due by 5:00pm, July 6, 2026Intent to Contract with: Needl, Inc. dba AurelianPursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 279A.200 (Interstate Cooperative Procurements), this Public Notice is for the purpose of taking comments on the Port’s intent to enter into an interstate cooperative agreement with Needl, Inc. dba Aurelian for purchase of Aurelian AVA (Non-Emergency Call Automation). The Administering Agency for this contract is Clark Regional Emergency Services (CRESA) Master Services Agreement Resulting from RFP #940 – Interactive Call Handling System for Non-Emergency Public Safety Calls. The term of the above referenced contract is effective through December 18, 2030. The Port estimates the cumulative value of the procurement(s) to be up to $520,000.Vendors who would otherwise be prospective bidders must submit comments, if any, within seven days from the date of this publication. Comments must be submitted in writing, addressed to the attention of the Manager of Contracts & Procurement, Port of Portland, PO Box 3529, Portland, OR 97208, and be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 6, 2026. The Manager of Contracts & Procurement will respond to any vendor having submitted comments by the deadline and shall make a written determination whether the cooperative procurement described herein is in the best interest of the Port of Portland.
