    Notice of Pipeline Application The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on June 2, 2026, Kenai Beluga Pipeline, LLC (KBPL) filed an application requesting approval of the first amendment to its Low Volume Interconnection Agreement with ENSTAR Natural Gas Company, LLC (ENSTAR). Docket P-26-008 was opened to address this matter. KBPL, owner of Kenai Kachemak Pipeline, currently holds Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 668 which authorizes the transportation of natural gas. The proposed amendment provides for replacement of ENSTAR’s existing meter at the Kasilof, Alaska interconnection point between ENSTAR’s system and KBPL’s Kenai Kachemak Pipeline. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application.  The Commission will determine whether the application is complete by June 24, 2026.
