    Description

    We are soliciting quotes from NYS Certified Minority-Owned (MBE), Women-Owned (WBE), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOB) firms to support the following scope of work: Supply and/or installation of HVAC ductwork (supply and return), duct and pipe insulation, diffusers, grilles, registers, VAV boxes, fire/smoke dampers, and access panels. Additional scope includes firestopping at duct penetrations, BIM coordination, Duct Cleaning, provide support for testing and balancing, and commissioning support. Work is located on Levels 3 and 4 of an active laboratory facility. This is a prevailing wage, Project Labor Agreement (PLA) project. Subcontractors must be NYS certified within the commodity code(s) applicable to the work being performed.
