Interested and qualified Proposers, who have demonstrated their experience in successfully providing services of this type, are invited to submit proposals, provided they meet the Minimum Mandatory Qualifications as set forth in the Attachment. The Virtual Proposers’ Conference will be held on December 19, 2024, 2:00 p.m., PT.
