FUNDING The work to be performed under this Contract will be funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds. Contractor will be required to comply with all Federal Requirements set forth in the Special Provisions. In the event of a conflict between any Federal Requirement and any other provision in the Contract Documents, the more stringent provision shall control and prevail.
