Crawford County Office Building in the Government Plaza, for the following: Old Landfill Reclamation Phase II Broome County Landfill DPW Project No. SW-2601 RFB 2026-021 Deposit Required: Each Proposal must be made upon the forms provided by the County and shall be accompanied by a deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Said Deposit shall be made payable to the Broome County Director of OMB, shall be considered a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the Contract with the County if it is awarded to him/her. Minimum Wage Rates shall be as determined by the New York State Department of Labor. If the bid price for this project exceeds $100,000, then the Broome County Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontracting goal is 3.5%, and the EEO Minority Hiring Goal is 5.0% in accordance with the programs detailed in the bid documents.
