Description

Vendor shall provide comprehensive parking facility management, operational, maintenance coordination, customer service, security oversight, and administrative services for Parking Facilities identified by DFM.Vendor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, administrative support, and other resources necessary to perform the services required under this Contract.Services shall be provided in a manner that ensures the Parking Facility is operated safely, efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes, and industry standards.The specific duties, responsibilities, performance standards, staffing requirements, operational requirements, maintenance requirements, reporting requirements, and technical specifications are set forth in Appendix B – Scope of Work and Technical Requirements, which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Contract.Vendor shall perform all services described in Appendix B and any additional services reasonably necessary for the successful operation and management of the Parking Facility.The Owner reserves the right to add, modify, or remove Parking Facilities during the term of the Contract through written amendment. Facility-specific requirements shall be identified in individual facility exhibits or task orders, as applicable
