The required specifications are listed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. (BP) Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Bids must be submitted using the attached excel sheet (IFB 26-028 - C203082 - Rockland (Middletown Campus) - Boiler - BQS). When submitting your proposal please submit an excel AND a PDF version. There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 1:00PM ET on Friday, June 5th, 2026, at 23 Ashley Avenue, WC Building 729, Middletown, NY 10940. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET Friday, June 12th, 2026. Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter. Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026. No late bids will be accepted. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates.
