NOTICE TO ENGINEERS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) ANNUAL SMALL CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) Little Rock, Arkansas Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority is soliciting assistance from qualified engineering firms interested in providing small scope professional engineering services. Small scope contract services may be routine projects that have varying project costs but are generally funded with revenues. Services are expected to be requested from the following Engineering disciplines: Industrial pretreatment Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packages will be available during normal business hours from LRWRA located at Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority, 11 Clearwater Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204. Interested engineering firms are invited to secure RFQ packages by contacting Rebecca Burkman, Director of Environmental Affairs, by phone 501-688-1486 or email rebecca.burkman@lrwra.com. Contacting by email is preferred so that the RFQ package can be sent electronically. The RFQ package includes descriptions of services required, an outline for presentation of qualifications, and the method of selection. Firms desiring consideration must submit their response to the RFQ to Rebecca Burkman, Director of Environmental Affairs, Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority, 11 Clearwater Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204, no later than 10:00 am on April 9, 2026. All inquiries and questions should be addressed to Rebecca Burkman, Director of Environmental Affairs, by email at rebecca.burkman@lrwra.com, no later than 10:00 am on March 30, 2026. The selection process will conform to the state law defining procurement of professional services, A.C.A. 19-11-801. Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority encourages participation of small business enterprises and veteran-owned businesses in the procurement of goods, services, professional services, and construction services. It is further requested that whenever possible, businesses seek qualified small and/or veteran-owned businesses to partner with them. All parties to this contract shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, sex, age, religion, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, political opinions or affiliation, military status, or other status protected by applicable law. Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to waive any informality or irregularity in the submittals received, and to accept a submittal which is deemed to be in the best interest of Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
