With this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), the South Tahoe Public Utility District (“District”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified consultants (“Consultants”) for certain corrosion protection support services. The successful Consultants will perform all work under a Master Services Agreement (“Agreement” or MSA) when authorized by a scope-specific Task Order as further described herein. It is anticipated that the District will continue to issue Task Orders to complete work under this project for approximately ten (10) years.
