    The City is seeking services of qualified consultant(s) to provide transportation and traffic engineering services for a variety of projects. This request for proposals has been issued for the purpose of selecting multiple traffic engineering firms, as deemed necessary, to act as “on-call” independent contractors to perform the type and scope of work listed below as requested by the City. The City intends to enter into non-exclusive multi-year agreements with multiple traffic engineering firms as deemed necessary to fulfill the City’s needs. The multi-year agreements will consist of 3 years with 1 additional two-year extension option by mutual consent. The multi-year agreements will also include escalation of rates by request from consultant(s). The City will use the CPI for Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim CA for the month of March for each contract year requested to be effective July 1 of that year.
