    Description

    The City of Kennewick is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide on-call Transportation Engineering Services for the City of Kennewick Public Works Department. Statement of Qualifications will be accepted until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Please submit all SOQ via e-mail to Heath.Mellotte@ci.kennewick.wa.us, with a subject line “On-Call Transportation Engineering Services SOQ”. The selected Consultant will provide Transportation Engineering Services on an On-Call/Task Order basis for the City of Kennewick Public Works Department. The Consultant is expected to work closely with the City’s Community and Economic Development, and provide Transportation Engineering services, covering calendar years 2026 through 2028 with the potential for a one (1) year extension. The Consultant will provide a wide range of services such as traffic studies, modeling, roadway and intersection design, safety analysis, signal and signage design, development review support, preparation of plans, specifications, and other work assigned on an as-needed basis through task orders to address the City’s evolving transportation needs. The City will post any Addenda and Bidder questions & answers solely through Public Purchase. The City cannot guarantee receipt of all bidder documentation to outside third-party centers. The City of Kennewick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
