Invitation The City of Morgan Hill (“City”) is seeking qualified firms to submit a statement of interest and qualifications demonstrating the ability to provide TRANSPORTATION/TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES for Capital Improvement and Land Development Projects on an “on-call” basis for the Public Services Department. The initial contract term will be for two years (Fiscal Years 2026-27 and FY 2027-28) and may be extended. The City is interested in generating a list of qualified firms to draw from as needed. Responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 20, 2026. Incomplete submittals will not be considered. All submittals will become the property of the City of Morgan Hill and subject to the California Public Records Act. If any proprietary information is contained within a submittal, it should be clearly identified.
