    Invitation The City of Morgan Hill (“City”) is seeking qualified firms to submit a statement of interest and qualifications demonstrating the ability to provide TRANSPORTATION/TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES for Capital Improvement and Land Development Projects on an “on-call” basis for the Public Services Department. The initial contract term will be for two years (Fiscal Years 2026-27 and FY 2027-28) and may be extended. The City is interested in generating a list of qualified firms to draw from as needed. Responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 20, 2026. Mail or Hand Deliver to: City of Morgan Hill Public Services Department ATTN: Yat Cho, Senior Project Manager 17575 Peak Avenue Morgan Hill, CA 95037-4128 Submittals may alternatively be emailed to: yat.cho@morganhill.ca.gov Responses will not be accepted after the date and time stated above. Incomplete submittals will not be considered. All submittals will become the property of the City of Morgan Hill and subject to the California Public Records Act. If any proprietary information is contained within a submittal, it should be clearly identified. All inquiries regarding this RFQ should be directed to Yat Cho, Senior Project Manager, via email at yat.cho@morganhill.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on May 11, 2026. The City’s response to questions and City’s revisions to any part of this RFQ will be issued in the form of an Addendum to this RFQ and will be posted on the Public Purchase website no later than May 14, 2026.
