Bids must be submitted on the required forms and accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the bid price. A payment bond will not be required at contract award; however, the Town reserves the right to require a payment bond equal to 50% of any individual work order exceeding $25,000, in accordance with M.G.L. c.149, §29. This procurement is subject to M.G.L. c.30, §39M, prevailing wage requirements, certified payroll requirements, and OSHA 10 certification requirements.
