    Description

Sugar Land Regional Airport is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) and qualifications from experienced and qualified firms to provide On-Site Rental Car services on Airport property. The purpose of this project is to secure two (2) trusted partners who can consistently deliver high-quality customer services. The firms will be located to the right and left sides of the main entrance of our Terminal Building facing Highway 6. Each of the two (2) leased facilities consists of a total of approximately 500 square feet to include office space, counter space, and queuing area.

The airport is seeking to gauge interest in an expanded parking lot with spaces dedicated to the rental car fleet kept on-site. This area could have amenities such as vacuuming and detaling bays.

The Lessees selected will be required to have the following hours of operation: 7:00 a.m. (0700) - 6:00 p.m. (1800) Monday through Friday; 9:00 a.m. (0900) - 1:00 p.m. (1300) Saturdays; 10:00 a.m. (1000)- 2:00 p.m. (1400) Sundays. Airport Management should be informed in writing if the Lessee plans to be closed for any particular reason so customers can be advised appropriately.
