    WORK SUMMARY: The Town of Gilbert, Arizona (hereinafter “Town”) is soliciting qualified Proposers for ongoing turf and ballfield cultural maintenance and renovations. This includes Aerification, de-thatching, turf removal, preparation for sod, seed, or sprigs, and Fraise mowing/ Koro machine renovation, infield leveling, fertilization, top dressing, and spraying. This is an effort to reach the Town’s goals of providing an exceptionally built community, improving operations and efficiencies, and ensuring sustainability of the parks’ amenities.
