    The Riverside Transit Agency is seeking proposals from authorized vendors for the installation of the latest version of Open Text’s AppEnhancer (AE) and OpenText Intelligent Data Operating Layer (IDOL), currently 25.4, onto new VMware virtual servers running Windows Server 2025 and SQL Server 2025. The vendor is also required to migrate all the existing AE records and databases to the new servers, train end-users and administrators on new functionality, and ensure that all documents in the repositories are OCR/full text scanned (if not already done).
