      The City on behalf of the Norfolk Community Services Board (NCSB) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase, delivery, installation, and warranty support of six (6) harm reduction vending machines. according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.

      All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Request for Quotes by submitting a quote consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
