    Q (Bid Due date): Please advise which is correct: Opengov mentions due date of 02/27/26 @ 5 pm. 1st pg of the NTB pdf file attached mentions due date of 03/05/26 @ 2pm.

    A: The bid due date is March 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Question Submission Deadline is February 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM Response to questions deadline is February 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM.


    Q (Request for Bid Extension ): We would like to request a bid date extension to help us submit more competitive pricing and allow our subcontractors additional time to fully understand the project and provide accurate quotes. We respectfully request a two-week extension.

    A: We have received your request for a bid date extension. At this time, the bid due date remains March 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Should the City determine that an extension is warranted, an addendum will be issued in accordance with the Contract Documents. Until such time, all bidders are expected to submit their bids by the current deadline.
