Inclusion of promotional literature of a general nature will not be considered in the selection process.3. Proposal content must consist of the following, and will be factored into the overall evaluation:A. Experience and Organizational Capacity (30%)B. Approach to Completing Scope of Services (30%)C. Fee Schedule (40%) Notes: Disclaimers: Consideration of a prospective Vendor’s qualifications will be made only if the prospective Vendor meets all the minimum requirements of this RFP. The City reserves the right to adjust, increase, limit, suspend or rescind the rating based on subsequently learned information. The City reserves the right to award a contract to the Vendor(s) that presents the best qualifications, and which will best accomplish the desired results for the City. No Vendor shall have the right to an appeal based upon an incomplete or late submission of the qualifications.By submitting a proposal, the bidder acknowledges and accepts as-is the sample contract included in this RFP packet. The Vallejo City Attorney’s Office reserves the right to make minor modifications to the contract prior to execution. In the event of any changes, the bidder will be provided with the opportunity to review and comment on the proposed modifications before signing the final contract.
