The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) is seeking proposals for mobile car wash services on an as-needed basis. The PHA owns/lease in excess of 450 vehicles of various types and sizes ranging from small sedans to large trash and dump trucks. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the requested services. Contractor will provide on-site mobile car-washing and detailing services. Vendor self-provided water and electrical preferred but will consider alternatives. Vendor agrees to only conduct work approved by the PHA Fleet Department.
