The City of Peoria (City) is seeking an experienced design consultant to perform design and construction administration services for equipment and infrastructure improvements at W101 Harvest Well. The well site is located northwest of the Northern Avenue and 83rd Avenue intersection. Figure 1 shows the project location map. W101 Harvest Well is a newly drilled well site that replaced a nearby abandoned well to serve as a redundant water source in the City’s potable water system. The new well has an 18-in stainless-steel casing with an approximate depth of 1,000-ft. The as-built well design is shown in Figure 2. The site currently contains only the drilled well and does not have any additional equipment, electrical services or site improvements.
