    The City of Kennewick is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide design engineering and permit services for the City of Kennewick Public Works Department. Statement of Qualifications will be accepted until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Please submit all SOQs via e-mail to Heath.Mellotte@ci.kennwick.wa.us with the subject line “Columbia Park Bridge Replacement SOQ”. The selected Consultant will provide a full design of the Columbia Park bridge and have it ready to bid by Summer 2027, with construction Fall 2027. The bridge is located in the City of Kennewick’s Columbia Park and is on the Paul Parish Drive. ½ mile to the west of N. Edison Street. This is a federally funded project through the WSDOT Local Bridge Program.
