The Manatee County Property Management Department is seeking a qualified contractor who is experienced in landscaping services. The County issues this IFB for Landscape Enhancements for Palm Aire Community. These landscape enhancements are intended to beautify the gateway into the Palm-Aire Communities along Whitfield Ave. Phase 1 of these enhancements will start north of University Parkway and end at Country Club Way. A. Furnish and install trees, shrubs, groundcover, and irrigation in accordance with Exhibit 4, Landscape Plans dated December 8, 2021, as modified for Phase 1. Phase 1 modifications include aligning planting beds on each side of the roadway or adjusting the bed layout to match existing field conditions. Replace all Ribbon Fan Palms with field-grown Foxtail Palms (Wodyetia bifurcata).
