The Administering Agency for this contract is NASPO ValuePoint Data Communications Products and Services Cooperative Contract Number AR3229, State of Oregon Participating Addendum Contract Number 1607. The term of the above referenced contract is effective through September 30, 2026. The Port estimates the cumulative value of the procurement(s) to be up to $1,659,692.52.Vendors who would otherwise be prospective bidders must submit comments, if any, within seven days from the date of this publication. Comments must be submitted in writing, addressed to the attention of the Manager of Contracts & Procurement, Port of Portland, PO Box 3529, Portland, OR 97208, and be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on February 3, 2026. The Manager of Contracts & Procurement will respond to any vendor having submitted comments by the deadline and shall make a written determination whether the cooperative procurement described herein is in the best interest of the Port of Portland.
